The most miserable experience! This company is TERRIBLE, zero customer service, they can't / don't help you. They have NO IDEA what they are doing. I work with freight companies for my job, they are SOOOOO much better at customer service. FEDEX BITES.

They say they have been attempting delivery to my house for a week.THEY HAVE NOT, NO DOOR TAG NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT, my ring doorbell video is proof. I have to sign for the package. The customer service / filing a case all STINK! They have the right address, who knows where the driver's taking my package. Now a week late. FEDEX GROUND IS TERRIBLE.

the driver of the zone zip code 60634 is stealing the packages in the system it says that he has already delivered and in the cameras you never see that he arrives at my house

You can go there and ask for application fill it out and give it back or you might get interviewed in the same day just make sure you have your paperwork ready
For package pickups the facility is open from 9am to 8pm monday to friday, on saturdays 9am to 3pm
