This hotel is not worth the price - go elsewhere. I’m not exaggerating when I say this: The A/C is WAY TOO LOUD. It’s almost impossible to fall asleep with. The bed sheets smelled like copper and rust (I’m guessing from the exposed pipes everywhere?), which didn’t make for a comfortable nights sleep. Our room didn’t look like it was well cleaned due to leftover hair in the shower and toilet. The towels are thin and cheap. Don’t get me wrong, the overall style of each room is super cute and trendy but is it worth $150 a night? Definitely not.

Pros: staff was nice, the bed was very comfy and there was a large desk surface to work at. There are plenty of snacks and ice cream to select from when spending food credit dollars on. Within walking distance of multiple food options and a Starbucks. Cons: penal feel to the room (by design, a little art work on the finished cement would go a long way), loud AC unit in the room (wall mount AC unit, not a central unit), small bathroom sink made it difficult to wash my face without getting water everywhere. No suit case rack in the room - I had to put my suit case up on part of the desk, and mini fridges are only available by request. I did not get a chance to check out the bar or breakfast options during my stay.

So some people here posted that the rooms and bleak & plain but that is by design. It shows it clearly on the official website. Room was good and location was great plenty of food options, bars and near shopping areas. My only issue was with the small bathroom sink was really really close to the mirror. So it was hard to wash your face, get water after brushing your teeth. I was surprised they had 2 neat presidential suites with a outside commons patio area.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! I am from New York so the industrial style was so eye touching and welcoming. The concrete walls and floors were my favorite, and the staff was so welcoming and kind! I will no doubt be back to stay! The room was nice and clean when me and my husband walked In and the shower was my awesome!!
