Not a fancy spot but decent and the location is near a few different restaurants, Walmart and a gas station. The lobby was clean and the rooms were nice and clean too; you could smell the freshness in the air. My room came with a flat screen tv and a few cable channels along with Netflix and etc as an option too. A coffee maker and mini fridge was also included though the fridge didnt get super cold. The bed was king sized and comfy and the linen was clean. The AC set up and window curtains looked a bit dated but not really a big deal. The shower already had body wash and shampoo attached to the wall and the scents werent bad either. The main thing is the bathroom was clean but the shower curtains need to be replaced or washed. I only ate breakfast once but it wasnt bad at all. They had a nice variety of everything for everyone and it was plenty available. The pool was not open but the gym was open during my stay. Overall I had a great stay and would stay here again. The price was right and the customer service was good all the way from the people at the front desk to the housekeepers. Everyone made you feel welcome.

Positive: This was an excellent hotel. My only problem was I was charged twice and it took 3 people to fix it, but they did. I would stay again for sure. Negative: The breakfast was not that good. The hot food was a learn and not a good variety.

Stayed a week at this location at the end of January due to my husband having heart surgery at BSW (we had 3 rooms)- great proximity to the hospital. The beds were comfortable and clean but honestly, the rooms could use a good spring cleaning. The elevator did stop working for part of our stay which was inconvenient and the breakfast selection was light. With that said, I still give it 4 stars due to the wonderful front desk staff- especially Shanalee. They were very accommodating with our gathering our group in the lobby/breakfast area, the night before and day of surgery. Shanalee was kind and empathetic to our situation and went above and beyond to help us through a stressful situation.

Price was very reasonable. Five stars for this level accomodations. The desk clerk was very nice and polite. The room is clean and not musty smelling. Linens very clean. Breakfast bar had oatmeal with multiple toppings, breakfast sausage croissants, fresh fruit, burritos, delicious pastry, yogurt, Fresh juice, tea and coffee. Very enjoyable!
