Stains on mattress. Broken phones. Absolutely no amenities but charge you 50.00 for incidentals. Had to ask what incidentals. They offer nothing.. pool closed do not serve breakfast has a ok looking lobby you are not allowed to sit in.

Ratings⬇️ Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff Competency ⭐️⭐️ Accommodations for disability ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Safety ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer Service ⭐️ ———————————————- The room we got was nice for the price we paid via Priceline, but It was a conjoined room with a stranger on the other side 🚩🚩🚩 - the door locks which is still dangerous but thankfully the other side didn’t have any bad intentions. ⚠️Do not book this hotel if you are lodging with children or pets..⚠️ EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE SAYS PET FRIENDLY, THEY ARE NOT so do not bring your pet here ❌🐈🦮 • Here’s why the rating was lower than it should’ve been ⬇️ Upon checking in I notified the young lady at the front desk. I have a Federally REGISTERED & Certified (NOT ESA) service animal coming in with us. The employee said no in an aggravated manner and when I told her she’s service for seizure she caught an attitude and said NO PETS Employee did NOT even ask to see papers to confirm whether or not my SERVICE ANIMAL was eligible to stay (which she was!!) INSTEAD said employee took half of my “damage deposit” as a charge for my SEIZURE ALERT SERVICE ANIMAL. My Service Animal has never been an issue. She didn’t make noise or damage anything the one night we stayed there. *To the Hotel Manager, Please reach out to me ASAP, I left a message for you regarding this issue, for the proper documentation. I hope we can work on getting this resolved or i will be left no choice but further pursue the issue in a court of law..* Thanks!

Not well maintained. Dirty spots on carpet. Smudges and gunk on walls throughout. Dirty tiles. Crooked pictures. Paint chipping throughout. Broken knobs on closet doors. Did not smell good. Dirty shower. Broken tub stopper. “Hard sex pills” left behind from previous guest. Did not feel comfortable staying here. Ended up leaving.

Front desk staff rude and not properly trained. Took them 20 minutes just to check me in. Had to call a manager multiple time just to figure it out. Also, still not serving breakfast. Every other hotel is serving breakfast. This place is just cheap and poorly ran. Both times I've stayed here I've had a bad experience. Never again with this joke of a hotel.
