PLEASE READ: This location under renovations. So it’s loud 7 days a week. Laundry is NOT available and neither is the fitness facility. I booked this location over another because it had the same laundry and fitness available and it’s proximity to Baylor Hospital. I suggest a different location.

I usually love Marriott hotels. Unfortunately this one was not up to par. The room itself was great. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Until 8 am the next morning. Construction! And the place needed it. The rickety elevator was an adventure. Plywood and cardboard walls and duct tape. No joke. Maybe in about 6 months the place will be up to par with other Marriott hotels

Clean location. Helpful staff. Great lounge area in the lobby to gather with groups. No meals or breakfast served, but they have a small Starbucks counter open in the mornings. There are plenty of restaurants and dining options within a few blocks.

The location is very helpful for getting around the northern area of Dallas-Fort Worth. I really enjoyed the rate that included breakfast for our family. The sandwiches were quickly cooked and delicious. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The workout room is very large and has a nice high ceiling and natural light, so it does not feel cramped. It has a Peloton in perfect order and three treadmills and an elliptical which is also excellent! We tried the pool, but it was too cool for October to really stay in very long. The location is walking distance to a 7-11 and other smaller restaurants and even Ben & Jerry's. All in all, it's a great location, and I would definitely stay again.
