The hotel is very clean, and very roomy. I’m giving it only 3 stars due to the elderly man whom checked me in was very standoffish. He didn’t seem like he wanted to help me, and when I mentioned that I had to book a room due to my a/c breaking down in my home, he stated “oh that’s nice.” How rude! If you don’t like your job, maybe find another that doesn’t revolve around customer service? At least the lady in the front in the morning was very nice and had a lovely smile!

I do not recommend staying at this hotel for the following reasons. 1- I had a reservation via hotels.com for July 7. When we arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM (check in window starts at 3:00 PM) the receptionist told us there is no suit available for at least 30 minutes. Only after telling him that I have a toddler who needs to be changed, he sent us to the most remote suit in the property. At the end of a long corridor on the 4th floor. 2- I had made the reservation for 3 adults and one of us was to sleep on the convertible sofa. When I asked the reception for a pillow, he denied us. I was too tired to argue and my friend used a towel as a pillow. 3- I am not sure what is wrong with the ventilation or AC, but it feels terrible in the suit.

Great hotel for the money/proximity to Plano, Frisco, Dallas, and more. Clyde did an amazing job finding us two rooms when we were desperate. We ended up staying for 12 nights and had a great time. All team members were incredibly friendly and accomodating. We were even credited back money as they adjusted prices for weekly rates.

Let me just tell you the dedication the complete staff (every single one) was above reproach. 3 days of stay was stressful as far as work but the staff made it all better, went above and beyond expectations. If it wasn't for them I'd probably froze to death due to so many needing lodging all at once. And just so anyone wonders I let them know if they had anyone needing shelter I would offer to share my room. They deserve recognition for their diligence and dedication for hospitality.
