Tina was an exceptional staff member with a golden heart and voice, she even sang to us. We loved it. Food was in everyone's dietary needs, service was quick and tasty. IHOP Plano off 75 with plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible parking lot and seating.

Now I see why the ratings are so low, orders a 2 crepe combo, lemon blueberry ricotta and 2 sausage and scrambled eggs, I got brought out 2 strawberry cheesecake crepes, 2 bacon scrambled eggs. Like really? The waitress ordered what she wanted to eat I guess. I definitely won't be returning especially because the bathroom was disgusting and it was "just cleaned"

The worst breakfast ever! The fruit was gone bad, bacon and hash brown were not cooked. However the potato crispy pancake was great! Sorry that I have to give only one star, but i did not enjoy breakfast at all.

Came to eat at this place. Everything was going well , until we were going to leave my son had an accident. He vomit right at the entrance and I did ask for paper towels and I grabbed the trash can and put it in front of the vomit for ME TO CLEAN IT UP! No one came and brought me the paper towels for me to clean it up. 2 of the customers that were seated at the entrance did say that someone was gonna come to mop it, they didn’t work there. I did apologize to those 2 customers since they saw my son throwing up. I couldn’t take him to the restroom b/c he was going to make a mess on the floor w/ his throw up. Andrew the one that took our order from this IHOP came outside w/ a bad mood screaming at me while we were outside already “no good, no good” I of course scream back at him “ I did ask for paper towels” he just went back inside.
