Once again paid over 25 dollars only to receive 15 bucks worth of it. I run restaurants for living and understand mistakes happen but it's unbelievable how you can miss getting so much of an order out the window. It lack of care and downright just laziness. And of corse I'm 15 minutes away at $4 a gallon for gas I'm not going back and no one will ever answer a phone so you're just out the money you spent and they get to keep all the food in house and charge the next person for it and maybe decide to give it to them. Disgraceful! The food we did actually receive was hot and made correctly is the only reason they will receive any stars at all!

Fast food workers asking for tips...this is just very sad on the management and on Jack In The Box... Please pay your workers a living wage. This should be embarrassing to you. Or at least make them happy enough not to resort to desperate measures. Never coming back here again because of Jack In The Box's abysmal corporate policies.

Worst experience ever. I went thru the drive and placed my order at 2:39pm I ordered #11 chicken sandwich it was made with the wrong kind of bread. I also ordered 5 mini churros those were given to me stale I tried one and it was hard as a rock. I ordered loaded triple cheese bacon curly fries with extra triple cheese bacon setup and they didn't bother to add the extra cheese setup that I paid for. I ordered a small coke it tasted like pure carbonated water down coke. I also ordered 50/50 popcorn chicken the chicken was under cooked and they were givin to me at room temperature. I went back to try to get a refund the manager that was working today said we don't give refunds we only replace food or drink items. I was angry told her that I'm going to contact corporate and report her and as I drive away from the window she tries to spit on my mom's car luckily she missed the car as I was driving away. I did contact the corporate asking for a refund hopefully they will issue a refund and fire the manager that was on duty earlier today. I will never go to this jack in the box again I will not recommend my friends and family to go eat at this location I prefer the parker rd store they always get my order out fresh hot and correct and get out fast. I hope the owner sees my complaint and contact me soon.
