Poor quality food and service. I've been to this location multiple times because of convenience of the location but I will not be going back. My chicken sandwich was overdone AND cold. previous times I've had to return food for being burnt or stale. It's just not worth the hassle, if you are expecting a decent meal on the go. They have one positive, the lady that takes the orders in the drive through, high energy, always accurate, she repeats the order and gives you the total. I wish I could clone her! Lol

I requested strawberry preserves with my order and didn't get any, then I had to go inside the restaurant and wait in line for something I have already requested and paid for. The lady who brought out my curbside order was amazing with her customer service.

Tried the mobile menu hack. Wish they could just make it for us instead of us trying to do it. Ended up just eating them individually instead of meshing them together.

I understand price increase on your large fries, but you can't upcharge AND skimp on the product. I was hopeful that their were loose bag fries, but the container was so bare that only one lonely fry got loose.
