We were looking for a shelf for under the bathroom sink, and two associates spend the time to find what we needed. When they first showed us something that didn't work, they listened to more information and kept at it till we found something that worked great. Nice to have the personnal help and follow through. Just wanted to make a return but for some reason the girl with the glasses and braids at the service desk felt the need to be rude to me. She was snappy and acted irritated from the time i walked up. Not sure what I did to warrant her unsolicited behavior. Maybe I caught her in a bad head space. *shrugs*

Went to pick up my fridge, washer, and dryer. Took them a whole hour and a half to bring me my appliances to the front of the store. Their excuse was that the receiving team was unloading a truck with merchandise in the back. I guess my time isn’t important to them neither was my wallet because I had to pay the people that came to help more for wasting their time.
