The worst experience I have ever had at any pet stores. Looking for a hamster but the hamsters hided in their habitats. I was told by the cashier that they can’t show me the hamsters because they cannot remove the habitats to let them to be exposed. No see, no touch. I was asking, then how can I purchase them if I don’t see them? He was rude and said I can’t help, I don’t know, which was ridiculous. I insisted to call somebody to help. Eventually a lady came, and she was nice and helped me to pick a hamster by showing and petting, which is supposed to be. The cashier was rude and unreasonable. Definitely need more training!!! The worst customer service.

Had a very poor customer service experience. I was wanting fish and the girl who helped me (she was short with short hair as well, she didn't have a name tag on) answered the phone while catching my fish. Because she didn't have two hands, she caught my fish and held it out of water for about a minute because she was on the phone. After this I went to pay and the manager got called to check my coupon and touched my phone without asking me. (I showed him my coupon on my phone and he scrolled down out of the screenshot and now my full photo gallery showed).

It was my first time at this store today and it SUCKED. The grooming salon has horrible customer service. The girl checking me in was so rude since my puppy has separation anxiety and didn’t calm down for the check in exam. She threatened that she wouldn’t be able to groom him if he didn’t calm down! She showed no sympathy towards my dog and just wanted to send us away! She was rushing around since she was trying to help the other groomers and got the groomer who was doing his grooming so she didn’t have to deal with him. She didn’t even apologize or talk to me after that. I don’t understand how someone who doesn’t seem to like animals works here. The groomer for my dog was nice and even said my dog was so calm during the groom! I will not return to this store due to the rudeness that was shown towards my dog.

A HORRIFIC JOB!!! My poor dog was disfigured by someone named Cici, when I asked what happened, they pointed it to me, apparently it was MY FAULT, this is what I asked for. Then they said it was his first time there, it is NOT, and what would that have anything to do with the mutilation he received? My dog did not even want me to look at him, he’s left feeling shamed. The hair does not grow back fast enough.
