We were allowed to see rooms before committing. They were very clean. No carpet. Indoor pool. Good variety of free breakfast. The location is exactly where we needed to be in Allen to be near family.

Rooms were a bit dusty, vents needed cleaned, very bad. Fridge did not get cold. Would be nice if had an elevator HOWEVER... Front desk was amazing in helping with luggage up stairs. Pool has a little too much chlorine. Excellent stay all in all and will be happy to stay again. Management and staff were ALL very welcoming.

Positive: Staff at front desk are VERY welcoming & accommodating. Rooms were clean, plenty clean quality towels, breakfast, INDOOR POOL/HOT TUB was the highlight. The stay was good so I booked several more nights. Beware of Deposit and addtl fees. Negative: Staff at front desk is not very accommodating. He argues with you back and forth and will even walk off from talking to you not caring to help. He watches everyone at breakfast. Very uncomfortable. He picks who to greet. Not customer friendly at all.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Booked 2 rooms, great price but, 1st room was nasty. Left over plastic toys found between the sheets indicating that sheets were not changed, refrigerator was not working and the HVAC woukd not cool the room, all the door jams needed to be cleaned, extremely dirty. However the 2nd room was decient, fairly clean and comfortable.
