Great to work with. Not pushy. Would recommend!

Extremely disappointed in Stoltzfus RV and Forest River Salem. The quality of work to build our 2021 Forest River Salem 26DBUD is atrocious at best. You can tell the there was no quality control performed on this travel trailer at the Forest River manufacturing plant. Forest River shall be ashamed of the product they produced and allowed to be sold. We have every issue from from struts at the bunk area that were broke, slices in our flooring, screws missing out of our slide, our sink falling through the countertop, Several drill holes under our sink that had no screws going through them, delamination of the front of the camper aluminum, trim falling off, to blinds that would not work properly. George the service manager at Stoltzfus RV was contacted back on August 9th about these issues, which Forest River agreed to cover under warranty. Forest River extended our warranty through November of this year due to the number of issues we've had. Forest River had given Stoltzfus RV the go ahead to order the parts required to fix the above items listed on August 9th. George and I agreed that this would help speed up the repairs process and the dealer would have less time with the unit in their shop. Our camper was dropped off to Stoltzfus RV on August 21st for them to start working on it that following week. While Stoltzfus RV had our unit for a month, not all issues were fixed. The delamination issue to the front of the camper is still there. (The part is ordered, with an unknown estimated time of arrival), we now have a slice in our wall from a knife that was not there previously, (believe to be from them fixing the trim directly below that area), our strut at our bunk beds is fixed, with the exception now the bunk does not lay flat due to the plywood lifting up. George is aware of these issues and states he stands behind his work. George informed me Saturday September 24th that he was forwarding our concerns with everything to his GM. We had requested Stoltzfus RV buy back this lemon with all these non stop issues. Lee, our salesman had offered us $21,500 which is the wholesale price for a camper that is 16 months old. That is an absolute spit in the face for a poorly constructed camper. To date, we have zero communication from the GM of Stoltzfus RV about our concerns whether it be via phone call or email. It is extremely concerning that this RV dealer does not try to make things right with their customers. For Stoltzfus RV to have our travel trailer for over a month and with advance notice to order parts and the unit still comes back to me screwed up is absolutely ridiculous. WE WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM STOLTZFUS RV OR FOREST RIVER! STAY AWAY FROM BOTH OF THESE BUSINESSES! See the photos listed below of the shoddy work completed on this travel trailer.

My wife and I were looking at a fifth wheel trailer to use at an RV park in the local area. Wayne helped us. He made numerous calls to all the area RV parks prior to a purchase. There were no spaces available for the trailer. Unfortunately we couldn't purchase the fifth wheel that we liked. We were looking for a permanent location to park it. Wayne could have sold the fifth wheel to us and had us make all the calls, but he didn't. All the salespeople were very nice. They let you walk through the lot and didn't follow you around. The first thing they ask you is the vehicle that will tow the camper. I recommend this dealer.
