Yes you can, we have Nests here at Colonial Airstream!
They're hoping to open by the end of this year or early spring of next year
We left the plastic on for our inaugural trip, but ordered mattress covers as soon as we got home. They protect better and are a lot easier sleep on.
You can take a Airstream to any camp ground. I don't think they have their own special park.
