This is the worst place to go for anything since Dr. Rodos has not ran the facility on Cecil b Moore it's been hell literally. I've been going since a child so when they lost all my records and no justification disappointed is an understatement. Its Impossible to talk to someone that helps. I have appointments and never get seen no one can tell me why I'm not being seen hours after my appointment. Then it's oh your number not updated, crazy part is I called you'll six times different times given my name and number and still no justification or apologies for the mess they give you stress is an understatement. Nurses are rude I never see Dr. Michelle don't even know how he's my doctor when he's never ever seen me nor talked to me. This place is bad for my mental health and they only care about the money. I need help and this place don't care about there patients. My appointment was 11:30 it's 4:30 pm and no calls nothing. Receptionist can't tell me anything but they apologize like what ?? My head hurts and no one cares to help just sorries and lies . I need a good doctor asap this not the place trust me everyone leaves and now I see why... They are horrible at it.

They don't know how to run an office. Expect long wait times, mistakes filling prescriptions at your pharmacy, very limited doctor availability. One time I showed up for an appointment and the lights were all out. Turns out they lost power somehow. Thanks for the heads up guys!

Dr. Micheal has been my doctor going on 3 years now. At first it was so difficult to find him because he was traveling to medical center to medical center. Nearly impossible to get any help from those nasty girls on ceciel b Moore. So I saw him at 506 Girard lil over a year ago. The girls there are so funny and so helpful. Always polite and always smile. So I'm makey appts for Tuesdays only. That way I can stay at Girard Ave office. Out of all the centers I had to visit to c my doctor Girard is the only 1 I'd recommend. De. Micheal is by far the best doc. I've ever seen. He cares He's fast He knows what he's doing. I highly recommend Dr. Micheal
