I recently purchased RV from Manassas Camping world location and my experience with Manassas Camping World dealership is very satisfactory and joyful!. This location have multiple types of RVs based on your interest and requirement. Staff is very helpful. Particularly their sales representative Martin Teller, is very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and he has excellent understanding of of RVs. He patiently clarified my all queries event after more than one month I purchased unit and he is continually assisting me to clarify my doubts as I am novice to RV world . His after sell service is excellent and Martin deserve five stars. I feel lucky that I was helped by Martin at the Camping world of Manassas as some one said you need to meet the right people to get the right thing done. Enjoy shopping. Thank you !

I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, and I work in the RV industry. They delivered the RV to my niece while I was there and refused to help set up, level it or do anything to assist a single mother after knowing this was her first RV purchase. They told her that she needed to learn it and to get the other campers to show her how to do it. Shame on this company for taking advantage of my niece, especially since she is going through a lot.

Wendy in service is outstanding. Look, there are some big issues with labor in the RV repair industry, and a 3 month backlog to get work done is not CW's fault (just call around for service!). However, after some initial miscommunication, Wendy and the CW Manassas service team really treated us right getting our slide and plumbing issues fixed. Clear communication from Wendy let me know where I stood and what would happen next, then worked well with our extended warranty company to get things covered. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because I have high service expectations and there were some initial delays that could have been handled better. I will bring my unit back here again for service.
