The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I gave three stars because they told me it would be $20 for a private sale transfer on the phone and when I got there 3 days later they charged me $30. Considering I brought two new customers through their door, they should've honored what was mentioned on the phone. Feels like a disservice to increase the price for the same amount of work they are doing compared to a regular FFL transfer.

Had a negative experience at my local shop so the service at C&R is a breath of fresh air. Came in for a 1911 front sight replacement that was taking well over a week and a half at my local shop. Got it done at C&R in 15 minutes. In and out, friendly staff and dead accurate alignment. This shop is well worth the drive to Manassas. I will definitely be back for all future work
