I purchased an RV through them a 2021 shasta toy hauler "paid cash" and was told it was all gone over and was in tip top shape and ready for the road. when I picked it up and brought it to my destination I hooked up water to the city line and realized the plumbing was not installed correctly and some of it was not installed at all when i walked into flooded camper. I called them and let them know and they told me they would send a service man out the next day. I waited for them till about 3:00 when I was told that they were not coming, they had a staffing shortage. So they rescheduled it for the next day the same thing happened. Needless to say I had a very bad experience with them and would not recommend purchasing a camper through them

5 months ago I bought a brand new camper .. nothing but problems and to get them addressed is even worse .. waited 5 months for a door that couldn’t be used ! Finally Friday 5 months and 1 day to be exact later they replace it !! It works !! HOWEVER .. it won’t seal and the repair men left it exposed to weather after they tested it with seeing water come in my camper !! Bob said he’s off till Monday and he’ll deal with it Tuesday ..,asked to have Dave help him and call me today .. NOTHING !! Spoke to Nate on my way down there and he said they close at 5 but would pass message to Dave and Lester . Still waiting for over a month on refund on slide outs and guys said washer and dryer pan is installed crooked !! I have videos of all work even with guys trying to come up with a solution for the door , but told me to buy some plastic snd let’s hope that holds !! Was also informed they are to busy to help me , but I feel 5 months is plenty of time !! Was told to go through right channels before Lester would call me , I think 5 months of channels is plenty of time I’ve given to those channels !! Nate did call me back tonight to assure me he sent the messages I’ve left to Dave and Lester ( the owner).. I love my camper , just want the customer service and items fixed !! And my refund on the bad slide outs !! Really hoping to get this addressed as my campground closes October 15th !! If not they should move my camper and store it indoors till they figure it out !! I waited to post this review hoping all would get taken care of , but now as matters are worse with door and water .. I can no longer wait ! I will send a letter to forest river to see if they can help ..
