I don't think I ever rated a business via Google but I'm so disconcerted. I was trading in my old RV and car for a class B that got delayed 2 months and then cancelled the deal. When I got back my old class C, they had already thrown out items, irreplaceable storage shelves (3) leaving behind the frame only.. and in those shelves were over $300 in replacement LED bulbs I left for a new owner. They emptied and cleaned out all the other items in all the others, also left for a new owner. The RV was NEVER theirs, not until the actual trade took place and I signed over ownership. I had asked them to fix up issues so I could use it and after doing 1 thing, the rest needed to be ordered (never was) and they insisted I come get the RV until needed parts could be ordered. So now I have an RV I can't use, and when fixed, I'll never be able to replace the items they threw out or kept. Now if I do decide to get another RV some day to replace my old one I WILL be going to a different dealer, for sure.

Our orientation tech Chuck Adkins was awesome. We are first time RV owners. Chuck explained everything and answered all of ours questions.

Complete Bait and Switch! BEWARE!! I would not recommend shopping here. Went in to purchase a fifth wheel on Friday, let them know I was ready to purchase, flew home, and called them today (Monday) to finalize the transaction and asked for the paperwork to give to my bank and they informed me they sold the unit that I was purchasing. Don't fall for their predatory tactics, or their false promises, they WILL NOT keep them. I am in the area doing recovery work after the hurricane and they completely wasted my valuable time that could have been spent helping more hurricane victims.

I just bought a used 2016 Motorhome from La Mesa RV in Ft. Meyers Florida and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the welcoming person in the lobby, the cleaning staff, Mike providing orientation, Angelo, John, Chris and all the way through the paperwork process with Frank, I felt as though they all cared and tried to make sure I was happy. They were going to book me in a hotel after my long day of travel and the purchasing process, but couldn’t find a room anywhere in town after the hurricane event there. They worked hard at helping with the idea of us staying in the coach overnight, but I finally decided to head on up the road to get some of our trip home out of the way. I felt like I got a good deal and all of the staff was exceptionally friendly. I would highly recommend La Mesa RV in Ft. Meyers to anyone looking to buy an RV. Dan Hawk from Alabama.

Questions & Answers

Why do your sales people promise items if you buy an RV, and do not follow up on a promise, not very good for your company.

I don't know but I would bet the do. They sell all makes and Models. Eric Foris is my service advisor and goes out of his way to make things right

What happens if a technician scratches and takes a chunk out of door frame when trying to adjust slider door. It rubs and wont open all the way now. Worse than before.
