The experience through the purchase was fine. But once the paperwork was signed we felt we no longer mattered. The demo day process was horrible. First, nobody contacted us to say they had not received our insurance policy, and that held us up for a while getting it sent in. Then we found out that the parts for our towing package had not arrived, so we were unable to tow the trailer home and had to make another trip over the following day. Both of these issues could have been resolved by a call from our salesperson, Bob. But there was no communication from him. He was busy trying to sell to another customer, and did not even come out to speak to us. I expressed our concerns to Ryan (sales manager) and he said he would have Shawn (district manager?) call us. That still has not happened. The guys at the Service area were very nice. There was no problem there.

Great customer service by Kate will recommend her 1000% but the service department was terrible I was promise some extra parts for my trailer that I purchased pre-owned that the previous owner had left and never received it, I paid for a service for them to do a complete inspection on my Trailer and it came to my home full to the top of black water. I wasn't very happy after they make u pay around $700 to leave your trailer perfect to be delivered to me. Still waiting for the service manager to call us.
