Need a service call

I have the same problem! Internet sucks and the TV freezes up constantly. Installer that came in back in Oct told me he would use white cable and staple it all against the white molding so it wouldn't look so bad. Left him here to finish job (22 yr old was here, didn't leave him alone) and he threw black cable up and left it installed and unsecured in so many obvious spots. Pure laziness is all I can gather. Way too much for such shifty service. Wish I could chose another provider.

No you have to take it to there service center on ave C off airport road

Only occasionally does my internet go out you may need to call and request to speak with a.supervisor and let them know this is.constant problem and a.tech may need to come out and check the exterior.connection or youth.need.to swap out your modem. Good luck

Installer does it for you and trouble call our local company CSR they are friendly and will walk you through it or send someone to your house free of charge

OnDemand is a free feature with the rental of a digital converter box. There are many free titles available to view, but there is also content available that is billable. Un plug it for 30 second then try again. Otherwise call, it takes a long time to get thru but only way to fix. May need new box, they update them but do not tell you until you have issues.

Boxes that were sent for the encryption upgrades are only required on TVs that did not already have equipment from us connected to them. If you had a DVR connected to one of your TVs, no further equipment is needed for the encryption upgrade. Thank you!
