I have the same problem! Internet sucks and the TV freezes up constantly. Installer that came in back in Oct told me he would use white cable and staple it all against the white molding so it wouldn't look so bad. Left him here to finish job (22 yr old was here, didn't leave him alone) and he threw black cable up and left it installed and unsecured in so many obvious spots. Pure laziness is all I can gather. Way too much for such shifty service. Wish I could chose another provider.

I'm sorry for your frustration. I have only had good experience with Service Electric. The customer service is number one. I do know that there can be area problems and from time to time
