No you have to take it to there service center on ave C off airport road
No I would bring it in het a receipt for proff of your return had problems myself
Call them, they will either pick it up or tell you where to bring it. Please make sure to return it they will charge you hundreds of dollars.
I had to bring my equipment to their offices.
They come and switch pick up ect
