No membership required. I shop there frequently. You get a slightly lower price with a membership, but membership costs $50 / year. Not worth it unless you are going to buy a lot and often.

Hello! Yes both white vinegar and salt are carried in bulk! Salt comes from packets to 50lbs bags and vinegar is sold by the case 4/1 gallon containers. Prices are subjected to change day to day so you will have to call ahead of time to find out.

Membership is not required. You get slightly better prices if you are a member. I found that for my occassional purchases it wasn't worth the money. If you are buying for a restaurant and buy many times a month in quantity it pays to be a member. Stop in, shop, talk to them.
