This was my second visit for this injury. I decided I had to get an x-ray of the elbow because of pain and because that is what I originally fell on even though I had shoulder pain as well. There was another fracture in the elbow. So that along with the Glenoid fracture is very painful. Hard to find trauma docs to follow-up with. So I would say other than a sling and copy of the radiology reports no significant help. The second doc made me fell like I was some kind of addict to ask for pain meds although he gave me 7. I obviously made a very bad mistake in going to instacare. I should have gone to an ER. I THINK THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH MORE HELPFUL IN HELPING ME FIND A DOCTOR THAT TOOK CARE OF TRAUMA FRACTURES AND BECAUSE I AM OLD AND LIVING ALONE THE MEDICAL CARE AT THE ER WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER. I’m thinking instacare is more particularly suited for colds and sore throats. It’s my impression that the doctors at instacare are not all ER trained.

We went in on a Sunday a couple months ago and the staff and doctor were very kind. The doctor told us what was going on and we followed what he said. The symptoms I was having did not go away like he promised. I went in again today because the symptoms had continued and drastically gotten worse. The front desk was very kind, but the doctor did not listen to me at all and brushed off any concerns that I had. That is exactly how you lose patients.

We went in because we had Covid-19. The doctor didn’t want to test us because he thought he was unnecessary, and just told us we had it. The receptionist was also extremely rude. Would not recommend unless you have to come here.

Do not go here. Financial predators. I went in stating I had terrible stomach pain possibly kidney issues. What they did was rack up my insurance by ordering blood urine ekg and X-ray. As soon as that was done I was basically told to go see a real doctor. They prescribed me an anti nausea and let me know I had a cracked rib and to have a good day. This was clearly a PA who knew how to rack up the money for you guys then send people on their way.
