The Service dpt. seemed to be very organized with good communication skills with their customer base. This was also my experience with everyone that I was in communication with. The service mgr. was outstanding, as well as, "Jonathan" at the front desk. He was well informed & kept me up to date on the progress of my repair. He was very personable & definitely knew how to deal with general public which I realize is a MUST in the position he holds with Ourisman. With the quality of service I received that day & if that continues, I will take both my vehicles for service there for the foreseeable future! On a final note there was a woman involved in my service (did not get her name?) who seemed to be in charge of the front desk area & was very familiar with warranty guidelines, that was also very impressive. Kudos to her as well & thanks to everyone involved.
