We encountered an issue with a billowing slide canopy while driving to Bemidji. We went to Roth RV and the service manager, Josh, and the parts department got the parts in and installed in spite of a tight turn around. The mobile technician was on time and did excellent work. We are so grateful and highly recommend this business.

First there PDI was poor if done at all battery was shot. Didn’t learn this tell later checked it myself terminals where hot after being plugged into shore power. So pulled covers added half a gallon of water did no good build date on battery makes me think it’s original for the camper an 09. Then first outing middle of the night propane alarm goes off no smell nothing go shut tanks will investigate in am reset alarm about 2 hrs later goes off again. Go to pick up salesman comes an says we had a little accident ok. Shop tech is backing it in shop to do walk thru being nice (raining) pokes a good sized hole in front fiberglass nose cone. Said they’ll pay to have it fixed. Body shop hasn’t had time to fix it yet. So we’ll see. Where white patch is where hole is on lower right front. Will update after body shop fixes hole. Well got hole fixed and to begin with the man at the store in Bemidji Mn figured they weren’t going to pay for repair. Is what he told body shop that fixed it. But next morning they called him back with credit card number and payed bill in full. After guy said they probably wouldn’t pay I called the business office left a message and never have heard back. All in all I probably would buy from them again but would check it out more before signing the check! I do like the camper.

Kristie, completed our paper work in an efficient and timely manner. Answering our many questions and concerns.
