My husband and I bought a 2017 Class C about a month ago. Last week we had a problem with the awning so we made an appointment to bring the motor home into Primeaux RV service center. They found the problem and fixed it and we were on our way. The staff at the service center were fantastic! Like the sales staff and the staff at the parts store they were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! They care about the Customer before, during, and after the sale! Cody was very helpful in the purchase of the RV. He took us around the lot showing us both new and used units in the price range we told him we wanted to spend. He did not use any high pressure sales tactics to get us to make a decision one way or another. Chase did a very good job going through the unit and explaining the complete operation of every component. I would highly recommend Primeaux to anyone looking to purchase a new or used RV.
