The distribution center in Carencro, LA is having some serious issues. I have attempted to resolve a lost in transit claim for several months with the shipper Saks 5th Ave. Yesterday, I got a delivery with the proof of delivery photo - without the package in the photo. Yep, true story. I would love to know who is training these delivery drivers. Check it FedEx Ground upper management, you got problems way down here in Loosiana, but you ain't the first and won't be the last. 3 stars b/c you do get most of the packages to us - dozens. However, since late July, there have been 3 issues with your delivery drivers - and one that is not resolved and I am still waiting on my $134 refund from the shipper who claims FedEx has denied their claim. Don't trust Saks at all. I trust FedEx more.

I don't want to even give a one. For the past month my packages have been delivered to the wrong houses. It's only because of honesty of strangers that they have come to bring my packages to me. Also I have been receiving other peoples packages and then bringing it to them. I am unable to speak to a human at the Carencro office. Automated answer is always your package was delivered. Even though it was delivered at the wrong house and I never got it. This is so sad. Especially when you can't even speak to anyone in customer service.

Delivered to wrong address and were told to take it up with the people I ordered from. These people are the worst!!

This location is horrible. My package was never dropped off because, I guess, the driver was scared of rain, so he couldn’t step out the truck and ring the doorbell. Then, I have to go through hoops to get my package from the FedEx location. Something needs to change. You could offer a pickup at the location, so drivers that are scared to get wet can have the people that paid for the package pick it up.

You have to go to security office and let them know your there to receive a package and give them the door tag number and they'll get the package for you.
