I was on a road trip and got so lost and turned around it was pitiful. I stopped to ask directions and spoke to an older gentleman at Paines's RV. If he is an indication of the quality of RV's, or sales personel, you will be in safe hands. He was so kind, precise and knowledgeable, got me back on the road and my journey in no time. That's when my GPS started working again.

We have been looking and researching campers for about a year. We've tried the big camper chains and its like buying a car from a dealership. RV1 in Altoona wanted to charge us $390 to do a walkthrough!!! Paines doesnt charge for that, that's just part of their service . Paines actually listened to what WE wanted and and made sure we were happy. Their service people are nice and knowledgeable and their sales team cares about you. Just getting a follow up phone call from them to see how we were doing made my day. They are family owned and have a great selection, and they beat the price of one of the larger camper dealerships in Iowa!!!! Next time I upgrade my camper, they will be the first place i go this time. THANKS!!!!
