The buying process went really well. The service department on the other hand extremely rude. The two gentlemen that you have to deal with at the desk are very unprofessional! We picked our camper from service today. I gave them my last name and the other gentleman on the phone rudely says they didn’t call ahead of time. I did call ahead of time, I called the day before and they transferred me to service. No one answered so I had to leave a message. I stated who I was and told them that we would be there the next day after 3:30. Both very unprofessional! Mind you the day we had to drop it off that same gentleman that said we didn’t call greeted me with a yes. They are nice to you til they have your business. I can only hope and pray that we don’t have to take our camper back to service.

We were looking for a Berkshire 45e and after talking with Dalton multiple times, we were assured this coach has been ordered in February and we could still make changes to interior to meet our needs. So we put a deposit on this coach and customized it to meet our needs. I kept asking for a build sheet for the Coach to verify the changes we asked for were in writing. After multiple requests for the build sheet and after paying the deposit, I was informed that the dealerships order for the coach was cancelled weeks ago. Had I not continued to press for the build sheet, they would have just kept my deposit knowing the coach was not ordered. I would take extreme caution before ever buying from this dealership.
