Wondering if they checked everything out prior to leaving lot???? Friend purchased rv. Hooked it up. Turned on water. Yup big leak! This was a huge jolt to my friends. If they do not. They should. It should be fixed immediately

First time buyers for a travel trailer. We had the pleasure of working with Ron, who was top notch on helping us decide on a good fit for what we wanted. He went above and beyond, was very helpful and not pushy like some salesman are. Rick who we worked with on the financing was a great guy and completed the great experience we had with Hilltop! He even made it work to squeeze us in and get the trailer quicker to us. The techs were outstanding on touching up a few cosmetic things that happened during transport which they fixed on the spot while finishing up the paperwork. When we decide to trade in and upgrade I would not hesitate to go back and work with them on another purchase. Thank you again Ron, Rick and the staff at Hilltop!

Overall experience is ok. Sometimes service is great and sometimes service is not so great. I wish the sales folks had specific questions to ask new rv buyers before they make a purchase. Questions related to desired experience, how the rv will be used etc. Our first purchase of a camper was really not great due to our lack of education about rvs and the sales person not doing any sort of work related to finding out what we really wanted or needed. Our second purchase of an rv went better but it was only because we had a few years experience with our first camper. Also, the trade in amount offered for our first camper, that we purchased from them and we already had a second camper already picked out, was insultingly low. We ended up selling it ourselves on Craigslist for thousands of dollars more than they offered on trade in. You can go here and see a bunch of different camper styles. But make sure to do your own research into exactly what you are looking for in an rv before choosing one.

Bought a used camper from them a month or so ago. The salesman failed to mention that there was a crack in the fiberglass and a really bad soft spot under a cabinet. Do not buy used campers from here.
