Max and his Staff did an Awesome job on our Lance 650. Max got me in first thing and repaired the issue. They are GREAT! Ready for our RoadTrip!! Thanks! Len & Karla Barker

The Happy Camping RV Team completed a Build/Install of Battle Born Batteries with a 3k watt Inverter including a 12v to 12v system and Easy start for the air conditioner. I could not be happier the quality work and professionalism. They kept me posted throughout the install and it was obvious the technician was meticulous in making sure the wiring was perfectly placed to avoid hazard. The electrical system in my camper works perfectly without flaw. Thank you for making me a happy camper.

We stopped to see them on our way to bolton landing to see their RV and accessories and we are so happy we did stop there. Great personalized service by Max , they ( owners ) make you feel welcome even if you dont have Rv experience , they give you a ton of advice. we will definately go back !!

My husband and I had been looking for a travel trailer for some time and we had visited our local Lance dealers. The trailer we were looking for was the Lance Travel Trailer model 2375. We wanted the shower curtain instead of the glass shower doors because the shower is actually bigger with the curtain! After looking at the 2019 models and talking to our local dealers we were not really happy with their service and their prices seemed a bit high. My husband just happened to go on RV Trader a couple of days after speaking to one of our local dealers. He found the camper, it had exactly what we wanted. It also had rocking chairs, the windows are a lot larger when you get the chairs instead of the sofa! Happy Camping RV had what were looking for and the price was great. The only problem was we live 1300 miles away. The cost of RV’s at our dealers were up above 50K. Happy Camping RV was asking 38K. It was last years model but we didn’t care, it was listed as new and it had what we wanted after all. Neither my husband nor I really believed that the price they were asking was so low, It had to be a misprint, had to be, no other way around it. My husband called and spoke to Max. The first question he asked was “Is that price for real, or a misprint?” Max said it was real, but we really were not convinced. . No one would be selling a 2018 for that, no one! We decided to drive to New York, no not the city! I know, when people say New York, they automatically think of the city. This was Vermontville, NY. We put a refundable down payment on the trailer, if that was the “real price” we didn’t want anyone else to buy it. The deposit was also refundable if we didn’t like it. On July 6 we pulled in and saw a house with a lot of campers on the land. Max greeted us and showed us the trailer, he said it was ready to go, we were a bit confused because we had asked him to install a lift kit and a hitch for it to carry our bikes on IF we decided to purchase it and Max had already installed both before we got there. We still didn’t think the price was real. When we went inside the home, which happens to be both the business and a home, Max introduced us to the owners, Pam and Hans, both of them are very nice people and we got a really good feeling from both. We did not get the impression that we had driven all the way to New York just to be bamboozled! We got the paper work filled out and for sure it was the right price. We also got our deposit back as well. Pam, Hans and Max are the best folks you will ever meet. They run Happy Camper RV and if you ever need a camper they will treat you right. They carry more than just the Lance models and they are honest and friendly and it was extremely worth it to drive the 1300 miles to buy the camper. Their prices are a lot better than what our local dealers were asking. We also found out that Pam and Hans come to our little town to visit once a year to camp. What are the odds that we drove all the way to NY to buy a camper sight unseen, and the owners of Happy Camping RV drive to our town to camp? Slim I would say, or maybe it was just fate that brought us together. We look forward to camping in our new camper and visiting with Pam and Hans the next time they are in our neck of the woods.
