I decided to go to Advantage RV because of their pricing and their workmanship. They had had exactly what I needed in a trailer at a very , very competitive price. I drove over a 120 miles to get this trailer because of pricing and the customer service I received when calling and asking questions. The day that I arrived to pick up my trailer was a very cold, windy day and Kevin came out and basically hooked up everything for me. The team at Advantage RV and Trailers go above just helping their customers. They actually appreciate their customers. I will be telling my family and friends who need trailers to go to Advantage RV in Watertown, SD.

Avoid this place at all costs! They are quick to take advantage of you. They charged me $106 to store my trailer for 2 days!!! The leasing company told us everything was clear and that we were not supposed to owe anything else to retrieve it. We had already been talking to them and it was not even supposed to be moved, which is on the tower. You are a retailer not an impound yard. They told me that they sent it there because you are their closest retailer. You made a horrible situation even worse by taking advantage of a situation and charging a ridiculous amount for 2 days. * I edited to remove some terms that my husband asked me to remove and because I wasn’t sure how to respond to the company reply.
