Two young gentlemen who mentioned they worked at McLaughlin were so kind to help us load up our pontoon boat at the Pelican Lake landing. They were lifesavers. We've been coming to the area every September for 40 years fishing for bass and can trailer our boat blindfolded, but this was the first time with a pontoon, which we were doing for a friend. They gave us important directions and even assisted us in getting the job done so we looked like pros at the landing. My husband and I shopped a few places looking for a used pontoon. When looking on line we found a few that we were interested in at McLaughlin's. I sent an email and we had a quick response of someone to help us out. This was our first purchase of a boat so we were very excited. From the first time of sending the email and then actually going to McLaughlin's we were so impress with their customer service. Answering our questions, showing us everything on the boat. We had a few problems BUT McLaughlin's was right there to help and fix the problem. They went above and beyond to make sure our Summer with our first boat was one we will never forget. The whole family and dogs can be all together now on one boat. If you want good customer service then McLaughlin's is the place to go for your next boat. McLaughlin's keep up the great work - maybe in a few years we will be back for a newer boat.

The crazy Team

We bought a used boat this spring from McLaughlin's in Fargo. We worked with Nick, who was very easy to work with. The price seemed fair and everything went well. Had little problem soon after and like any summer loving boat owner I thought the sky was falling. Nick took the initiative, brought my boat to Detroit Lakes on his own and got the problem taking care of. A day later Nick and Logan called me on speaker phone and told me everything was taking care of to my surprise. Logan explained everything they did and even told me they adjusted something on the hitch that I didn't even know was wrong. I honestly think they both took satisfaction in making a customer happy. Thanks Nick and Logan.
