My husband and I recently purchased our first travel trailer from Tom Schaeffer's. The customer service has been top notch from start to finish. Ron was a wonderful salesman and Rachel was great with all of our finance stuff. When it came to delivery/walk through day Jim Hirko could not of been any more patient and informative for first time rv owners. He answered every question we had and even answered things we didn't think of. Thank you everyone at Tom Schaeffer's it truly was a pleasure.

Lee was my salesman and he was super patient with my wife’s and my questions. We never felt rushed or had the feeling he was getting tired of showing us different designs. We looked at several and he explained the benefits of each one. After hours of looking Lee said I think I know the camper for you. Apparently he was listening to our concerns and he showed us the transcend 247 BH. We immediately knew this was our camper. We then met Rachel our finance manager who was very courteous and professional. This made for a very easy transaction. Our service tech Nick helped set up our hitch and showed me in detail how to hook the trailer up to my truck properly and safely. He also helped and answered any questions or concerns I had. When we picked up the RV, a couple days later it was in beautiful condition and ready to go. We also went into the store and the staff showed us the necessities we would need to get our camping adventure going. I could not be happier with the service and the camper that we purchased from Tom Schaeffer’s.

Had a great experience buying from Tom Schaeffer’s. This was our first time buying a travel trailer and they made the process very simple. We completed a full walk through on our day of purchase to go through all of the bells and whistles. They also set up our towing hitch and showed us how to do all of the necessary steps to get her on the road. Kent was our salesman and he was a pleasure to work with. Rachel was working with us for the finance portion and was very quick to reply to us. Definitely will continue working with Tom Schaeffer’s after our great experience!

Wow, what a great experience @ Tom Schaeffer's RV a week ago! The whole process of ordering a 5th wheel started in October 2021. Jason Himmelreich, Jim Hirko & Kathy Guido were a class act! Above & beyond service & spent time with you, as well as answered every question thoroughly! First off the experience with Jason was superb in helping me with the best price of my trade-in and getting a good deal on the new unit! Was in contact with me throughout the whole process! On the day of pick-up, Jim Hirko was top notch in his field for the 4+ hour walk thru! Even though the time went over and im sure management didn't appreciate, I felt very comfortable driving away in my brand new 2022 GD Reflection 278BH. Jim went above & beyond going through the whole process of the 278bh. He definitely knew how to work the whole unit and walk me through the procedures. I was confident driving 4 hours back home after that walk-thru. Finally, Kathy was so great and most everything was done via phone or she was nice enough to overnight paperwork, so my wife could stay home with the kids and not trek up with me. Kathy made the transition effortless & she was well organized with the paperwork. Last remarks, my wife and i are beyond happy with the whole process and recommend Tom Schaeffer's RV Super Store!

Hi Linda and George, thanks for your inquiry! Typically, we have the motorhomes unlocked on Saturday since those are usually busy days. During the week you can come in anytime Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and a salesman will take you through the lot and show you what you would like to see. We hope to see you soon!

They were kind enough to offer to help us with ours and they surely did not sell us our old Sunnybrook.
There is a consignment section on our website. We only consign 10 model years back from current models, so a 2001 would not be something we would consider.
It all depends on what it takes and how busy we are. Typical wait times are 2 weeks, and once in, it may need parts that depend on the manufacturer.
