Treated very well. Very polite and helpful. No pressure, no rush. Answered all questions . Colby was our salesman and I will recommend him to anyone looking for an RV. After the sale Kevin went through the RV with us at delivery explaining everything with great detail. Answering all questions and making sure all things are working properly. I hope if we buy another in the future this two gentlemen will be involved in our deal. Great place to buy an RV and great personal.

My husband and I went to Gibbs with a need but no idea where to start. We had an idea what floor plan of a camper we wanted but were very overwhelmed by all of the options. As soon as we pulled up a gentleman came out to greet us and listened to what we were looking for. He showed us multiple options and discussed the pros and cons of each vs what we had in mind. We never felt rushed, unimportant, or like they were pushing anything on us. Once we found the camper we wanted the rest was easy as they took care of it all. Day of pick up camper was ready as promised and we were able to take it to the lake as soon as we left. We were also given contact numbers should be run into any issues. This is our first camper so we aren’t 100% on everything just yet. Sure enough that evening we have a question, call the number and the guy was able to answer all questions and walk us through the issue. Will for sure being doing business with them again in the future.

They have the best prices and best staff easy to work with and the delivery crew was awesome answered all my question did great work on the hitch replacement. Plus they sent a guy 2hours out of town to replace a recall item on my RV! I trust and believe in Gibbs, if you want an Rv then go see them.
