Our Son Jaydn has been enrolled at Extreme Martial Arts in Oneida, NY since July 2022. Jaydn loves Tae Kwon Do and looks forward to going to class each week. Coach Chris is an excellent teacher who mixes up classes each session while striving for the same goal of each member excelling and moving up to the next belt. Life lessons are taught as well. Coach Chris also provides material, as well as videos on line, for members to learn and practice at home so they can excel in martial arts and in life.

We have a parking lot with plenty of spots near our storefront in Glenwood Plaza.
For new students, we have a pass for a Free Week of Classes and we have programs that will fit most budgets. That's definitely something you should go over with sensei when you come in for your first free lesson to make sure that you’re in the right program.
We train martial arts in Taekwondo.
We have classes available based on age groups Monday through Friday from 4pm to 8pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 12pm.
We teach all ages 4-years old and up. Our oldest student ever was 88 years old!
