This gym is incredible for both experienced martial artist and complete novice individuals. I've been training here for a little over 3 years and have seen this place continuously improve upon what they have to offer. This gym offers very high level instruction for both BJJ/grappling and striking along with a deep roster of truly skilled training partners. Often when your new to this type of activity, it's easy to be intimidated when finding a place to train. Even with ZERO training experience, the staff at this Gym have developed an inclusive environment, both welcoming and conducive to comfortably learn a new skill. Stop searching and find your way to either striking or Jiu Jitsu. You won't regret it. P.S. show up 10-15 minutes early to get a run down of the facilities and schedule.
