Icon solar employees deliberately ignore "no soliciting" signs and trespass on private property in violation of AZ law. Excuses given by salespeople are universally "we're not soliciting, we're just trying to sell you solar" which a non-idiot would recognize as solicitation.

From the moment we met Graham Christian from Icon Power we felt he was a genuine and honest person. We have been considering solar for our home for a couple of years and the people we had spoken to in the past did not give us a comfortable feeling. They seemed to be to eager to just sell us on a system. Graham from Icon Power was very different with his approach with us. We never felt pressured, on the contrary he really took the time to educate us on how the whole process works. By the end we felt we had a much better understanding and grew to trust Graham. He gave us a scenario of a timeline what and how long the process would take without over promising. Well what can I say he was on point and our system was installed in a very quick and professionally manner. I have friends that had solar installed and they could not believe how quickly our was completed from start to finish. This brings me to the survey and the installation crew. Survey crew came out and we didn’t even notice they were here. The installation crew was awesome! They did an excellent job installing our system, while the crew leader explained to me what they were doing. These guys worked like a team that read each other’s mind. They were efficient and very careful with the equipment. They kept the area clean and organized the whole time they were here. Which to my amazement it wasn’t as long as I thought they were going to take. It took them about 4-5 hrs to install from start to finish. I was totally impressed with them all. Thank you Graham & Icon group for making me a believer again. That there are still good hard working people out there. We promise to spread the word on behalf of Icon Power and your personal touch Graham. Yours truly, Esteban & Imelda

Thank the universe I met Graham Christian with ICON Power because after meeting with the many other solar reps and filtering through their bids for solar power for my town home was daunting. What a difference as he listened to my needs regarding a solar purchase and helped to make the best plan I had been offered. I am also, so grateful for his follow through, care and support offered with each step. I am also mentioning Jerry and his team of installers that actually came early on installation day, and they again, explained each step and even made a small video for me about what is a top the roof as I am physically unable to go there myself and how to turn the panels on. They left their work area spotless and I am so pleased with how good it all looks from the street. Just waiting now to get the final connect from TEP. Save yourself time and frustration and call ICON Power before you make any final decisions regarding solar power purchases. Besides excellent customer service and professional installation, their plan offered, price and financing options was by far the best quote I received.

Questions & Answers

How do I get out of solar lease that has no customer service. I speak of Tesla.

Hey Joseph, thanks for reaching out. Honestly, I'm not quite sure and wouldn't be able to speak on Tesla's behalf. Sorry!

If I have solar on my roof can it also power my pool heater?

Hi ...! If the pool heater is getting electricity from the main breaker box, then yes. That said, you would still want to heat the pool at night during off peak hours for maximum savings. Solar will help offset anything that uses electricity from the utility. Thanks for the great question!
