Great company to work for. Good communication and good on site training comes to good security guards. I see some of these bad reviews. Here's what I'll say to that. If you prove yourself to be a good employee they'll put the effort into you. At the end of the day you need the employer. This is a Para military industry discipline and self accountability is a requirement.

Stay away from this security company because they STOLE MY MONEY! I barley started working for them and they promised to pay me $16 an hour for the training class I took but they lied and paid me only $12.80 instead. They refuse to give me my $16 hourly wage that I signed on for. I have gave them my 2 weeks. I have also spoke to Bill who's in charge at the office about paying me my correct wage that I was promised and he laughed it off and told me no. I have worked for many security companies and this one should not be trusted because they give false promises and don't have Integrity. All of the management team members are friends, family and only there to put money in their own pocket and give us the change. So now I have to take legal actions to get my money back.

My pay rate is 15 hrly at this time. Looking else where too give 110% on post at all times. Plus overtime. I also do patrol hits etc. I work at central on Broadway apts fulltime security almost 6 yrs at the same post. At the property request due to my straight forward contacts with enforcing community rules given the client what they want is up most importance in security field. Also field trainer when needed. If yous can meet my pay scale and would like too take on ideas and pass on my skills too other officers with up most respect I'm your team worker . I'm looking too possible switch my post with another company please reply. If you have time for a interview I'll be glad too set one up.
