Really? You're reading a review of Best Buy? Unless you buy online, you don't have many choices for in store electronics. Best Buy still much better than Walmart or Target IMHO.

I love the store as the employees ask you if you need anything. If they are helping someone else they let you know you are next.

3 stars for a precise reason. Nobody talks to you here! Usually, I know exactly what I want going in, and being somewhat socially awkward, it's annoying constantly being asked if I need help with anything. THE ONE TIME I actually had a question about a sale, nobody approached me. The only employees to be found were at registers and guarding the door. 3 stars since not being able to find anyone to talk to can be a really good thing, or a mildly frustrating situation.

Typically it's 15 days, however best buy is extending it throughout the holidays starting now until January 15th
Try checking Reddit for someone that has had the same problem. There is SOOOO much info on there. The only bad part is weeding through all the noise.

No if you bought the protection plan with best buy, they will replace it.
Not instore but they could order try ordering through their part store.
If you bought the protection plan, they can fix it or replace it with a new or certified used one.
