I love this fight gym! The classes are intense in a good way and one of the best workouts I've ever experienced while simultaneously working the brain with learning something new every class. The instructors will definitely push you to do the best you can and to go beyond what you thought you were capable of, but they cater to all experience types and fitness levels depending on where you're at; they focus on encouragement rather than just shouting orders and combos at you. When I first started I knew nothing about boxing or kickboxing or Muay Thai but this gym is great for beginners who have no previous experience or it's great if you're a seasoned fighter and want to get involved in a community with other experienced fighters. The staff and instructors are very knowledgeable with a wealth of experience and will answer any questions you have to the best of their ability and the environment is super welcoming, which is what really takes this gym to the next level. I highly recommend checking this gym out especially b/c your first trial session is on the house. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

Pretty good gym (Edit reply): you txt me telling me to check my email for something important then asked for a google review and I gave you 3 stars which I considered honest and fair. Your reply makes me think you disagree and now are trying to charge me an extra $150 after canceling? Seems like retaliation. Downgrading to 1 star. Really disappointing I thought this was a nice family place to go month to month. Sadly not the case and I no longer recommend.
