This place needs help my mother in law had to wait over 1 hour for someone to unhook her for US to walker to the bathroom. Now 1.5 hours later they still have not hooked her back up in emergency room. I've ask the nurse twice who is sitting at the computer. Management needs a serious review of this place.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here for a TB test required by my post graduate school. This type of test is administered by a nurse and does not require seeing a doctor. When I got to my appointment, they had me see the doctor anyways. The doctor had no idea how to administer a two step TB test and had to google how to do it. Then he told me to reschedule with the nurses to come back for the TB test. I was charged for a doctors visit that was not supposed to have even occurred and I never even received the TB test. DO NOT GO HERE it is a scam!

Terrible insurance, ineffective treatment

The people at the front desk are incredibly rude. My girlfriend and I really needed some medical items in the front which were from anyone, but the white receptionist in the front was incredibly rude and neglected our privacy. The people at the front desk should definitely be changed and I hope ASU takes all of these criticisms into consideration.

Its only for staff and current students.
They do offer STI testing for current ASU students. Also, they have a laboratory that you can just walk into and discuss testing / pricing plan with them.
No
Yes, there is a nurse clinic that they can walk into for the shot but an appointment with them is recommended. Students can obtain the school insurance or the health services discount plan (link below). ASU Health services does have an insurance person that your student can talk to in regards to which option would suit them best, etc. https://eoss.asu.edu/health/resources/coverage
Yes they do but depends on your insurance. Just check with your insurance and the clinic to see if they accept it.
