Jim is the real deal. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is professional, friendly and knows about hot water heaters inside out. He was recommended by my wife's school district friend. He has reasonable pricing and provided excellent professional service that saved us almost 500$ comparing to quotes from other companies. He showed up on the same day of the quote, arrived on time, finished work nice and quickly, I would highly recommend him! He walked me through all the temperature settings, how to restart the pilot light, turning gas and water lines off in case of an emergency. I can honestly say, don't bother wasting your time with other companies. I did my homework and none of them were even close to his pricing and level of service. He is a gem.
