We just took delivery of our new Airstream Basecamp 20. The whole sales process was extremely convenient and our sales rep, Andrew Haberkamp, was keeping us updated on the progress of the built. Can highly recommend him as he was upfront, honest and the communication was excellent. Will keep him in my rollerdeck.

My husband went to purchase a small trailer and wanted to pay cash, they said they could give a better deal if he financed. He financed and did not get a better deal! Lie #1. Then we had a 1 pm appointment to go over the trailer and we got there a couple minutes late and were told that someone would be right with us! Lie #2. We sat for an hour before my husband went to ask if someone was going to help us! They didn't care that we had set for an hour made it known our time ment nothing to them! We sat for another 15 min before someone finally came to go over the trailer with us. He did do a good job. Then when we went back in they didn't even have all the hitch installed on our vehicle that we dropped off at 8 am that morning. The 1 pm appointment turned into a 4 hour wait! No offer to compensate us for our time and their ignoring us! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I noticed no response from them on any bad review which means they don't care about the customer! Spend a little more else where and get better service. Sorry we did not shop around more!

What a great experience purchasing my first travel trailer with RV One! Despite a nearby Airstream dealer (a mere 15' away) I decided to reach out to RV One 4 hours away. Not only did they beat them on pricing, it was the other aspects of the purchase that made this entire process so special and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'll be recommending these guys to anyone I run into looking for an RV! Phil was amazing in helping me with financing and answering a ton of questions; it was almost painless! The rest of the team was fantastic too. Andy was so responsive with last minute emails, Jill patient with me being a wide-eyed first time RV owner and Marvin...can't say enough grand things about Marvin. He took us through the trailer and explained everything so well and didn't flinch with my dumb questions. We were given a group send-off by the team that made it extra special! Luckily we were 2 hours behind a hail and damaging wind storm on our way back home and we're looking forward to using our new Caravel soon!

Well unfortunately this place is a flop. We had a great sales person, maybe a little to great. Now that we have had our new camper for roughly a year which we store inside of a building when not in use. The motor on the awning went out so we took it in for service which we have a extended warranty but the service side has no idea I guess. We have had our camper at RV one since August 3rd and it’s Oct 7th now and it’s still not fixed and there service department doesn’t return calls or update customers on anything. I have left multiple messages requesting updated information as well as if we could just come get it so we can use it. I physically had to drive to there location and speak to a sales manager just to find out if my camper was still at there location or to get a call back regarding any information on the camper. I strongly recommend against using any services from this company.
