I literally wanted to rent at this place but I know a few people who asked around for me to see if it was suitable for our family. I was told not to move here because of an infestation of roaches, bed bugs at these apartments. This wouldn't be a good fit for our family. Floorplans are great, I also saw fresh bad reviews about management and other issues.

Any place that does not care about the wellbeing of their tenants safety does not deserve a star rating, the only reason I gave it a 1 star rating is so that I could post this message. Annex apartments is a horrible place to live, my son was shot Sunday April 24, 2022. The apartment have a security booth without a security guard or working security camera's and a gate that I have never seen closed or working anytime that I have been to the apartments. There have been multiple incidents at the apartment and the residents was only notified of 1 incident that was in the media and because it involved the police.

My brother was shot in the parking lot at about 4:30 am as he returned from work on Sunday April 24, 2022. The suspect(s) are still at large. The security cameras do not work, the gate is always open. This is not a safe place to live.

Honestly the worst possible place you can live. We applied back 2 months ago and told that it was being taken care of. They asked for documents 4+ times. I payed extra for application fees only to find out the info they gave was false. I was assured the apt was ours. Now they are saying they would have to push it out and rerun everything because of their negligence. We don't have time to push it out. We will now be homeless because of these people. No communication, no updates, negligent, and unapologetic about what they did. Please do not come here, don't experience what we had to. It wasn't just me either. I shouldve known when everyone who came into that office was upset with how they were being treated and how things were being handled.

Two trucks where stolen!!! Thank God we recover them back! And one brake in to our van to steal equipment!! Three events, less than a month and they did nothing! Cameras still dont work and they are making us pay over a thousand dollars to break lease when we have complained on our safety!
I need to know the number for corporate. Please somebody, anybody, find the number for corporate. I'm very tired of this water leaking in my apartment,and nothing is being done about it. Every time it rains I have this problem and, it's been going on for years. A Cry For Help
It happened at the beginning of May. Two trucks stolen and one brake in. The police say the apartments have “history” of common trucks stolen or broken into. Most likely the person lives here or knows they can get away with it since the apartments don’t do anything. Can’t even fix their cameras.
They are trying to get rid of all section 8 tenants that's why the water bills are $300 a month
If you enjoy $300 water bills and getting work orders being ignored eviction notices and paying money just because they say you owe money and they can't show you why then keep calling
