Never had any problem in the many times I've gone there to drop something off, whether an Amazon return or sending a packge to family.

I was waiting on line , and overheard a customer in front of me thought the girl was taking packages . and her Response NO YOU WILL have to be patient , very NASTY, the customer that the young man was helping , stepped in and said Don't talk to him like that , we get it . if that's the case get in here before 9 so you can be ready. The line was out the door. The young man was taking care of customers fast and courteous. The woman is always not happy. When it was my turn she was still trying to get the PC up with a breakfast bar hanging in her mouth .

No, this location doesn't offer pickup for pre-paid labels or personal/business accounts. Only in special situations arranged with this franchise location directly that involve a lot of packages that are sent through the store. (I used to work at this location.) Call UPS for pick up options as there may be a charge for that service. 1800 PICK UPS
They do. You can get them within a few minutes, no appointment needed.
Yes! This store has a contract with Comcast and therefore takes care of all returns for free.
