When I built my fence, I went to the standard places like Lowe's and home Depot and I kicked myself because I would have paid a 3rd for the cedar wood here. That lesson was really painful on my wallet.

Yard workers great. Counter guy not so much. Ordered a large amount of lumber in person, paid and asked when I could pick it up with the company flatbed. I was told anytime just call the morning of to let them know what time I would be there. I called 8am and asked if they could have it ready after 3pm. Sure no problem fast forward to 330pm and here I am sorting and stacking my lumber. Yard guy was super helpful with this says he had no idea this had to be pulled. Second time this has happened at this location. Really trying to support the small business but you can only do so much

I emailed Shurway because I found them on a vendor's site and wanted to see if they indeed carried the product. I got an email back from Brent saying they did not deal with this company. I followed up with a reply email asking if they had any other products that were similar. I got no response. I waited a day and emailed again. No response. As someone that's been in sales, I'm what you would call a "warm lead." Someone that has shown interest in your company. Leads cost money. All the marketing you do is to get someone to contact you. Then, when they do, you don't respond? I would say that's a surefire way to go out of business. Yes, I'm sure you're very busy at this time, but a quick email back to make a suggestion wouldn't take but a minute. But you chose not to do that. I guess I'll have to go Parr or Mr. Plywood as their service must be better than this.
