All I can say is the guy on the phone from the parts department went waaaay over the top to provide me excellent customer service. These guys seem really solid.

I was the only one in the store and had to wait over 15 minutes for service in the parts department. Only to purchase overpriced, faulty parts. When I called back and told them the refurbished part was faulty, they hung up on me. I have been hung up on 3 times now. I wasn't rude or angry with the person answering the phone. Terrible service Peterson conglomerate has the worst customer service, including their Caterpillar dealerships.

un satisfactory called and made a special order for parts after 2 weeks no show no call. Had to call them multiple times no answer on parts just excuses. Last attempt I was told "the parts department is really busy" not my problem. This place used to great now its not

They forgot to tighten an injector port Wich cause fuel to go every where minor mistake for a big shop... got to drive home from Portland with diesel spraying all over and filling the cab with those fumes or burnt diesel how ever you wanna look at it not a good experience.. hopefully this headache will pass with some rest .. glad I have a awesome mechanic here in spokane that was able to fix it in about 3 minutes
